120v motor in 240v circuit
This was a reply to a long dead thread and out of context with second reply to the dead thread. Icecats can you clarify this post?
My plan is to use the old flange and attach it to a new motor. I will probably have to make a custom connection plate, but I think that I can pull it off.
I found a wiring diagram on the inside of the electronics box. I uploaded it here. It looks like there are four wires going to a pair of motor thermistors. Do you think that these are essential for the operation of the machine? Could I add some aftermarket thermistors or a couple of resistors to fool the machine?

It's going to be difficult to swap in a generic motor there. That should have a custom flange on it as well as some type of volute seal and impeller seal.
