Labels for circuit breakers (residential)

One circuit breaker is labelled "GD DW".
Two circuit breakers are labelled "CONV".

What do those abbreviations stand for?

Abbreviations can be confusing, I made a detailed spreadsheet for my service panel with detailed descriptions for each breaker.

Turn off the breakers in question one at a time and see what items have lost power.

Do what wirepuller did. I also did this and it's amazing how helpful it becomes.
