Changing from metal to plastic electric box

I have a metal box put in by a pool company 6 inches above the existing plastic double box. Sloppy looking. I am combining to a triple plastic box for a nicer look. None of the wiring was metal conduit just the flat cable wiring I am used to seeing. They are supplied with separate cable wires with copper ground wires. Is there any danger in using the plastic box? I'm just a handy homeowner.

I have never seen a 3 gang weatherproof box. I think you have some other issues also. Can you post a picture ?

Bell makes a three gang W.P. box that uses 3/4" threaded ko's. Not real common.

Best if we see what you have there...... How-to-insert-pictures

The triple gang is plastic, it's inside the house. Thanks for all your interest but I had an electrician passing thru look and tell me what I did was ok. I look forward to reading some of the other posts. This site is awesome.
