If I'm following you correctly, your question is if you can use a UPS/battery backup to feed power into your house wiring via a double male extension cord?
The answer is no for two reasons. The first is that double male cords ("suicide cords") are very dangerous as they have voltage on the exposed metal prongs. Even if you handle the cord carefully there are still many ways it can accidentally kill someone -- maybe the dog trips on the cord or a child pulls it out and now you have a live cord flopping around which can kill whoever it touches. Maybe you turn the breakers off/on in the wrong sequence and leave one side of the cord plugged in. It's way too easy to make a fatal mistake.
The second is that is it illegal to feed any power into a grid-connected system without a mechanical interlock such as a transfer switch or breaker interlock. This is to protect line workers who could be shocked by the power you're feeding in to your house panel if they are working on the lines outside for example repairing storm damage that caused the power outage.
