Blanks for light switch covers

Does anyone know if they make little blanks for a wall plate to cover up a spot where a toggle switch would normally go? I have a 3-gang toggle switch box with two light switches in it (one of the light switches has been removed because it no longer controls anything). Right now, I just have a piece of white electrical tape covering the hole where a toggle switch would normally be. See attached picture for what I'm trying to achieve. The top of the picture is what I have, the bottom of the picture is what I want to achieve. I don't want to put a dummy light switch in there just to cover the hole. I'd rather blank it if a blank exists.

Thanks all.

The special plate is fine, but if you want to do it less expensively and quickly just buy a switch blank. I believe most Home Depot and Lowes stores stock them. This one is a Legrand, but all manufacturers make them.
