Can Romex be run through PVC conduit?

Can Romex 14/2 be run through PVC conduit?
I'm wanting to run conduit outside across a doorway with the rest of the Romex running as is through the walls. I should mention that there's blown-in insulation inside the walls. This insulation is basically shredded newspapers that's been treated with fire retardant.

It can run in PVC conduit, however, Romex cannot be run outside regardless of in conduit or not.
You must use THWN or UF-b.

You can install weatherproof junction boxes where the conduit leaves and enters the wall and make splice to NM-b (Romex) or just run UF-b all the way.
