Replace old two switch light outlet?

The bottom switch in the attached jpegs was making a small zap noise so I took apart to investigate. I don’t see anything obvious wrong. I haven’t seen anything like this and figured instead of trying to put together I’d would replace with a new modern one. Question is.. I’m not sure what wires are what. Three black wires attached. Any ideas how to wire up a new one? Thanks.

You have three wires there. One is always hot/live and the other two are switched outs.
Once you determine which one is the always hot wire.... it goes on the A terminal.
The two switched loads/lights to on B and C.
