Electric panel health

Here are two pics I'm wondering about regarding a recent property's panel.
1.)The incoming main wire sheath is missing going all the way inside the panel connector.
2.) The bus bar on the left is rusted a bit.

Are either of these heavy concerns needing to be addressed? Thanks!

Hi, you can use electrical tape to wrap the service entrance cable, I canít really see the rust, pic quality not that good.

Not only is the outer sheath important.... the actual insulation on the wire is more important.
If that is the cloth covered style too..... it could be time for a replacement.

That fabric insulated cable is.at the end of its life. Time for replacement.
