Xantrex GT500MVX Invertor

Was wondering if anyone had an electronic schematic for the CCU board in this Invertor, I am in the process of repairing this board but without a schematic the job is very difficult, the board is # 0J-0P-3964-01-02Q, if anyone has one and would like to share I would appreciate it very much.

Welcome to the forums.

You're talking a big commercial inverter here..... 500kw 3phase grid tie.
You're not going to find online schematics for any of those boards.
That's all proprietary stuff. Have you checked with Schneider electric for a board swap ?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Yes, it is a Commercial unit, I have been repairing these boards as well as other boards in the Invertor for a long time now but would be much easier if I had an actual schematic instead of trying to reverse engineer each circuit that has a problem. Schneider will not talk or assist at all but they will repair it for a rather large fee...lol, so I decided not to send it to them as I am in Canada and they are in the US, a lot of hassle crossing the boarder going through customs for a repair.....then back again..... so I am fully capable of repairing the boards myself, even built a complete test bench set up for testing etc.... but the schematics would make the job so much easier so thought I would give it a try anyway.

As far as I know Zantrax was purchased by Schneider and Schneider is the main distributor but it is still being run as a separate company.
Contact them directly and I am sure they would be able to help you.
