Are these for my outdoor condenser and heat pump? And can I move them?
I want ant to move these but I am not sure what they are. They seem like they have something to do with my heat pump. If they are do they stay hot or can I just turn my Chávez breaker off and then have nothing to worry about? I have to take the covers off to unscrew them so I would like to shut them off first. Thanks
