Henry Miller DC-powered pendulum mantle clock
I didn’t know what forum to post this question in. It comes down to a question of a battery-powered electromagnet, so I decided to start here.
I provided a link to a picture of the clock I was trying to fix. Of course, I broke it. Two wires, red and blue, run from the battery terminals to a coil of wire. Well, used to. I pulled the blue wire out from the coil. The issue is it’s wrapped in paper tape so I don’t know where each wire connects. Can anyone shed some light on how this thing should look if I peel off the paper tape?
Thanks!

There are no diagrams for them posted online that I'm aware of.
You'd need to post pictures of the coil/mechanicals inside the unit...... How-to-insert-pictures.
