Old small AC electrical motor wiring
My great grandfather owned a shop in West Virginia to repair small machines, motors, etc. when he passed a few years ago I was given a spare electric motor of his because I was convinced I can get it to run. I cannot find any information online about this so can someone please explain the wording for this? I will attach pictures to this post.
