Two Circuits in Same Conduit

I have a 220 vac, 20 amp outlet in my garage. Is is fed from a dedicated breaker via a 1/2” pvc conduit running along the outside of a wall. It feeds a compressor. It is a single 220 vac outlet mounted in a metal box. The run is 18’.
I would like to have a 110 vac dual outlet about 1’ away from the existing outlet.
This outlet will also have a dedicated breaker to run a table saw. (20 amps)
Can the new breaker feed wires that run in the existing conduit, 3-#12 awgs, go through the existing box and into the new 110 vac box? I am trying to avoid adding a second exposed conduit along the wall.

Yes the new circuit can be in the same conduit. The existing ground can be used for both circuits.
