convert motor 2-prong plug to 3 prong plug

I have an old electrical motor with a 2-prong plug. I'd like to replace the cord and update to a 3-prong plug. Can this be done ?

With the little info provided it should be possible. Change the cord to a three wire cord and connect the green ground to the motor frame.

I'll find a place to connect the ground. That helps, thanks.
