i had a home inspection and there where 4 outlets that had the no ground light partially lit. i have looked at all the "bad" uoptlets and can not find a problem . the groung appears to be in tact and is connected to the green screew . i have replaced all the outlets and switches with thje new modern square style in the last month to improve the appearance for a house sale .

Check all the outlets. The wiring problem is probably in the outlet just upstream from the outlets testing for no ground. Did you use grounding pigtails when you rewired?

"open" ground on 3 lite outlet tester

on 2 of the outlets they are the only outlets on that string and the others are switches and lights. the other is one with a switched plug. could i have an oxidation problem on the wires?
