wall outlet Plug

Hi Iam installing a new window in a blank wall and I want to put a Plug under it so we can put are TV right in front of it. There is 2 light switches in one box to the right of the window that control the spot light outside in the yard and the the cieling light and fan in the family room where the new window is. the wireing in the this box is BX cable I want to use romex what should I use. I believe it is 14amp switches and 14ga BX wire. Please help.

First you have to make sure there is a neutral in that
box, and not an end of line switch. If it's the latter,
look elsewhere for power. Another thing to check into is whether or not you have a good ground (It may depend on
what sort of armored cable you have)
