Neutral Lug Question

Wiring up my generator panel and need assistance. On the main there are no holes large enough to accommodate a #4 neutral wire. The sub looks like it has a place for it.

Questions

1. On the sub in the picture can I hook the neutral to the lug on the upper right corner or do I need to get a lug kit?

2. Of the GE main panel, I believe I need a lug kit, do they make generics (Home Depot) or do I take a screw out of the bus bar and go to the electric supply house and have them match one up?

Thanks.

Yes, the upper right lug on the neutral bar is for connecting the neutral. If you need another lug on the pictured panel you can get additional lugs to attach to the same bar or the bar on the left.

You will likely also find a lug that will fit your main panel. If it is an older panel you may have to find a lug specific to your brand panel.

Yes.... you can use the upper right lug for neutral. That is a neutral bar.
There are several different add-a-lugs you could use. The middle one is pretty common and depot has it.
