3 way switch conversation
I have an unfinished basement that has two outside doors. Inside each door there is a switch for the outside lights that only turns on one side of the outside lights. Is there a way to wire so both switches are a 3 way so both switches can turn on all the outside lights instead of just one side? Thanks

It can be done. You probably need to pull some new cables to make it work.
If you can tell us exactly what cables go between the lights and switches we can tell you what is needed.

Thanks. On the “left” switch i have a 14-2.wire at the box for:
- power in.
- to the lights
-power to the “right” switch
on the “right” switch i have the following:
- power in from the left switch
- line to lights
Can i just run a 14-3 wire from switch to switch to replace the 14-2 going between them ?
Thanks for the help
