timer switch replacement
I am trying to replace a light switch with a timer light switch.
The switch is in with 2 other switches. 1 controls hall lights. the middle one controls garage lights and the switch I am replacing controls outside light.
The switch I am replacing has 2 black wires and a ground going to it.
I am assuming 1 black is the load and the other is the hot.
The timer has a blue (load) wire, a black (line wire) and a white (neutral) wire.
I am unclear as to which wire of the timer goes to which wire in the box.
Here is a pic if it helps with my explanation.
thanks
P
