2 wire sizes in same conduit?

2 wire sizes in same conduit?

I want to run THHN 8 AWG 40 amp circuit and THHN 12 AWG 20 amp circuit in the same 3/4 pipe can this happen?

Hi, it depends on how many conductors you are pulling in.

both circuits would be 3 wire 120v

You only need one ground wire. It needs to be sized for the largest circuit.
