Is it possible to tap power from light fixture?

I want to install outdoor security cameras. I like to know if it's possible to tap into the power from my outdoor light fixture. The light fixture is on a four-way light switch that I scheduled to turn on at sunset and turn off at sunrise.

You can tap power at the fixture. However you might not have unswitched power. Your cameras would only work when the lights are on.
You need to open the fixture and see what is there.

My guess is that the wires at the light are switched, which means there's only power there if the light is on.

It's possible that it's wired differently like Joed mentioned, but you'll have to open the box to confirm. Unlikely though.
