Trying to wire a 230V cord to this motor but the diagram doesn't say what to connect too.
Please help.

You connect power to the two LINE connections.
Make sure it is wire for 230volt operation not 120 volt.

Yeah that doesn't explain too much. I know it's labeled 1 2 3 4 5 P. I'm wired for 230v, my cord has a LO (red), COM (orange), HI (black), Green which is neutral. I know common green wire is ground on the body and pretty sure HI (black wire on cord) goes to 4. Maybe LO (red) is 1, but don't know if COM (orange) is 2 or is it vise versa.

A little confusion here.

You should only have a three wire cord. Two hots and a ground.... no neutral.
Green is always ground...... never neutral.

You will need to identify the two hot wires in your power cord.
It would appear to be orange and black. There is no connection polarity with 240v.

The LINE terminals..... 1 and 4. There is no polarity.

Ummmm......yeah. That's only a single speed motor.
You'd need a two speed motor for two speed operation.
