Water coming into breaker box from conduit
My house sits down on the lake, meter is on top of the road about 50' higher than house. The cables are buried in conduit. When it rains real hard water overflows through conduit into bottom of panel, not just a little but of water, but enough to fill up my garage. How can I find out where the water is getting into conduit? Can I tap into conduit and put a drain plug in?
thanks

To get that much water the water probably isn't entering the conduit underground, but above ground at or above the meter socket. Can you provide a picture of the meter socket and conduit riser above it, assuming this is an overhead service. I don't think a "drain plug" in the conduit would help, but a drain would.
