Identify this plug
Has anyone seen a plug like this or know how I can convert it

You can post pics directly to the board with the link previously post.
That looks like a plug on a heavy duty appliance. Possibly an electric heater. It is a 120v 20A plug and should be plugged into a 120v 20A receptacle like in the picture below. That appliance probably draws more than a 15A circuit can supply. Is there an ID plate on it with amperage draw ?
