Standard height of the ground to hang a control panel?

I have a panel which features various indicator lights and switches on the outer door, is there a standard height off the ground to put it?

Not sure about control panel but breaker panels in Canada.

Panelboards in dwelling units shall be installed as high as possible, with no overcurrent device operating handle positioned more than 1.7 m above the finished floor level.
