Faulty light switch?

Hello - one of the light switches is not turning on properly, the switch seems to be loose? Need to hard press the switch to ON position for it to work, but turns off as soon as you release the switch. Also, I can hear some popping/sparking sound when the switch is turned ON. Please see the short video below. Should I replace the switch or just tighten the wiring or is this some other issue?

turn off breaker before inspecting circuit
1. tighten wiring 2. try a different switch 3. wire nut the two wires together to see if the fault is somewhere else
