I'm trying to change an outside light fixture to provide electricity to three appliances. I know I have to set the existing light to a box but how do I split the wiring so that I can hook up two outside ceiling fans (with lights) and a bug zapper. All applicances will be approx 8' appart.

I do much better with drawings. Any help would be appreciated. It's also a basic 110 outlet and I know I'm going to have to get the extra wiring and conduit. But before I go running out to the nearest hardware store I'd like to know how to split the electrical power between the three applicances.

please e-mail me with your answers.

Visit your local public library and/or Home Depot. Get several books on home wiring. They all will have great pictures and diagrams of how to extend an electrical circuit to new locations. The books will also explain all the safety and code considerations. Be sure to calculate whether or not you're going to overload the circuit.
