Can I use bathroom light circuit for sconces in a different room?

This bathroom light circuit is independent of the GFCI circuit for the sink.

Yes you can. As long as you have a dedicated GFCI protected receptacle, lighting circuit is just treated same as any other lighting circuits in your house.
