outlets on a ground level deck
I have a ground level deck that ends at a bulkhead with access to a floating dock. Are the requirements for oulets the same as any deck? None of the outlets would be facing the water.

The receptacles or the circuit would need to be GFI protected. You could install one GFI receptacle and connect the other standard ones to the load side or use a GFI breaker to protect the entire circuit.
