Two 200 amp disconnect main

I have four green house and I want to pull a 100 amp to each greenhouse from the two 200 amp main service disconnect. What should I do? Should I just buy four 100 amp circuit breaker and run that to my subpanel?

Basically, yes. Run a separate 100 amp feeder to each greenhouse and install a sub-panel with a main breaker in each of them. You will need a 4 wire feeder using #3 copper and a ground rod at each location. If the greenhouse is steel you should also bond that.

Yes. There should at least one ground rod and some other grounding electrode (Ufer, Ground rod/pipe, water service, etc)

So I do have to connect neutrals and grounding/bonding for both of the main service panel or just one of the main panel.

The neutrals of the main panels should terminate in their proper location in each panel. (one wire per panel)

Both main panels should be bonded together but can be connected to the grounding electrode using a single grounding electrode conductor.
