Power to my 30/50 rv pedestals

Am a noob to wiring , but I have 2 x 200 amp panels installed by electrician from a 320 amp transformer and need to run power to my rv pedestals from the panels and several sheds(lights, plugs) all within 100' to 150' away from my main panels, so do I need to run 4guage single aluminum wire to pedastels and a different wire to my sheds .... what wire do I run to these two different places from my panels ?
Any advice would help, looking asap
THANKS

Each pedestal should have its own feeder. A #4 aluminum feeder (4 wires, 4-4-4-6) to each pedestal would be fine. #4 aluminum is good for 65 amps at 75-degree column but with the added distance it would likely be a good option.

For the sheds, it really would depend on the expected load. That said, for most separate buildings a 30 or 60 amp 120/240 volt (4 wires) is typically enough.

If they are that minor then you could just run a single 120 volt 20 amp circuit to them. Another option would be to run a multiwire which will give you two 20 amp (or 15 amp) circuits, one for lights and one for receptacles. Anything above that and you would need to install a sub panel.
