I have two idle 20 amp 110 circuits in my elictrical box. The electric box is in the garage in the front of the house. Each circuit has a 12 gage wire run thru the attic and stubbed into a box on the rear of the house. I had the electric contractor do that when we built the home 4 years ago for future lighting expansion for the back yard.

I need a 30 amp 110 circuit in the back yard. Can I connect both wires to a new single 30 amp breaker and use the combined wires as a 30 amp service? Or do I need to run a new 30 amp 110 service thru the attic to the rear of the house??

Yes. Use 10-gauge copper cable.
