Is this LED Type A/B bulb wired correctly?

Is this GE LEDAB15T8G4840-LT10 Type A/B LEB bulb wired correctly for Type B mode; i.e., direct to AC?

Thanks!

Do you have a wiring diagram that came with the lamps?

Wow.... GE has entered the pits. Little to no technical help.

A type "A" replacement uses an existing ballast.
A type "B" replacement uses no ballast and sockets get rewired.

Your diagram does match the GE type B diagram

I like the addition of a fuse. Anywhere from 1-5A is good.

As mentioned....wiring should be confirmed to match packaging.

Everyone,

I feel like such an idiot!

For two weeks now, I have been looking at the back of the box of bulbs wondering why they only offered Type A wiring instructions. I really thought I did a good job of looking for the Type B instructions.

At one of the poster's encouragement, I went back and looked at the box and once again wondered why they only had the Type A instructions. Then I glanced at the other end of the box and noticed that upside down where the Type B instructions. Thank you so much for asking if there were instructions with the bulbs.

Thanks, again!
