Question

Hi, I have terrible lighting in the laundry room. One bare bulb on the ceiling. I like to do many projects there, painting, sewing, etc. and wanted to increase the lighting. The electrician came and at my request installed a hallogen track lighting fixture above my work surface. The light is horrible. It is too bright and creates tons of shadows. It also gives me a headache when I work. I wanted better general lighting and task lighting too. I am willing to replace the fixture, and now I do have a wall mounted box to use. What sort of light fixture do I need?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Cool

I would go with a 4' florescent fixture and accent lamps where needed.
Good Luck!
