Ceiling Fan Lights

Not to long ago I installed new ceiling fans in my home. The lights for some reason burn out. They all don't happen at once but they go out. I have a 2 wire system for my electrical outlets. What should I be checking for?

Are you using bulbs made specifically for fans? Yea, I know that they cost a lot more. But regular bulbs can't take the vibrations produced by a fan.
