Step 1. Call the power company. Tell them what you told us. Ask them to check out their side. Should be free, whether they find something to fix or not.

Step 2. Post back after you get the result from the power company.

While the power company is checking the outside for you I suspect it would be a good idea to also open you main panel and re-tighten your connections concerning all wires in your panel. Remember that the feeders coming from the meter are always hot and unfused. Be extremely careful around those connections. Often times connections on breakers, neutral bars and grounding bars become loose due to long term use and heating and cooling during use. A loose connection is what I suspect is your problem whether outside on the power company's side or on your side in the panel. This is true if you are finding the dimming throughout the house, possibly a single branch circuit also can be solved in this tightening connection.

You should be able to move the heavy feeders coming from the meter base around while leaving the connection alone. If you see the wire move in the connection ask the power company to pull you meter so that you can tighten those main connections if needed.

As John said check back in and tell us what you find or if you find nothing then we will try to get deeper on the subject.

I suspect John is right or you will find a loose connection in the panel.

Good Luck
