Question

I have two single pole switches on the same circuit. Each switch controls an independant light. I have an outside sensor security light that im trying to connect and the other switch controls the outlet in the house to be able to turn a lamp on and off. I have wired the circuit wrong I bet because when I turn on the power to the sensor security light the inside lamp blinks continuously. My switch box has three wires in it (white) (Black)and (copper or Brass).
The sensor has two wires in it (white) and (Black). Scary to come home with the baby in the dark. Can someone please help.

TURN OFF POWER! One of the black wires will be the hot, it pigtails and will go on each switch, all the bare twist together, all white twist together, one of the other blacks go to the lamp and one will go to the motion sensor, put one wire onto one switch.
