You need to buy two 3-way switches and a 4-way switch. You also need some 12/3 (or 14/3 if on a 15-amp circuit) and some 12/2 (or 14/2) cable.
When you go to the store to buy these, also pick up a free pamphlet available at most home centers that will give you the wiring diagram.
