Bath Fan Switch Problem

Bath Fan Switch Problem
I just put a bathroom fan in. The light and the fan in my bath are one seperate circuits, wired to a double switch in a single gangbox. The fan is on a 20 amp breaker, the light on a 15. The light has been there all along.
Now, when I go in the bathroom in the dark, and turn on the fan switch, there appears to be a small flash from inside the switch. It happens 3 out of 5 times I turn the fan on. Is this normal??? The connections all appear to be tight, and no wires are touching.
One other thing. Has anyone ever seen an illuminated double switch??? I have found single, triple, but no double.
Thanks!!!!!!!

When that fan tries to start it pulls more electricity than normal. Your swich has internal contact points. What you are seeing is a flash just as the two contact points make contact. Shouldn't be a concern. You should be able to control when you see that flash. If you turn the switch on fast the flash should reduce. If you turn the switch on slow you may invite the flash. If the flash is internal of the switch then I wouldn't be concerned.
I can't answer your question on the lighted piggy double switch.
Good Luck
