Question Adding outdoor outlets from an existing outlet

Hey folks,

New to the site, but I got a pretty general question for a quick project.

I live in a new home with all new wiring. I'm interested in adding two additional outdoor outlets from an existing outdoor outlet on the side of my house.

I need to make two separate lines, b/c I'm running two different sets of PVC conduit in two different locations.

Can I simple tap off of the one outlet and split the wire two ways?

Any helpful diagrams would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Maurizio

Yes you can splice in the existing receptacle and go two different ways.
Below is a good beggining web site.
