Electric plug for a new oven

I just bought an Amana convection oven. The wiring coming from the oven has four wires--red, black, white and ground. I've never seen this before. I bought the plug to go wiht the outlet but it only has enough connections for three wires? Can anyone help me?

lynch mob, If you can see the colors of these wires there should be a piece of greenfield(flexible metal conduit) protecting them. If so this oven will need to be hard wired. Look for a metal tag (or label)on the oven for the kilowatts(kw) and the voltage(or amperage) to determine what size feeder and circuit breaker you will need. Post back with this imformation so we can do the math for you.
