First, run 12/3 w/g from fan box to sw box.
If source power is at the fan box:
Connect source neutral to fan white.
Connect source hot to white going to sw.
Connect black from sw to fan black.
Connect red from sw to fan blue.
At sw box, pigtail white (hot, mark w/ black tape) and connect to one terminal of Each switch.
Connect black going to fan to one switch terminal.
Connect red going to fan to other switch terminal.
This will allow you to turn on the light and fan separately, you will not be able to control the fan speed.
If source power is at the switch.
Run source neutral straight to the fan using the 12/3 white wire.
Pigtail source hot and connect to one terminal of each switch.
Connect black and red to other terminals on switches.
Connect black and red from switches to black and blue at fan.

Ensure all grounds are in place.

Have fun.
Brian
