Unhappy Power Pulse/Flicker

First off, greetings all!! I'm very glad to be here!!
My problem is that at my mother's house the lights will dim and flicker throughout the day. Any time an appliance or something comes on. My mother swears that it started when she installed a six-plug adapter into a standard two-plug wall socket. I know nothing about electrical (but I am no slouch at do-it-myselfing)
and would like to know if this is a simple problem or not? My mother lives in a 14 foot wide mobile home with a 200amp main breaker,30a air,60a heat,40a range,30a dryer,20a water heater, 20a washer,20a&15a kitchen,15a dishwasher,15a&30a lights for breakers. For instance, the clothes washer is going now and the lights are dim and flickering???? Is there anything I can do?

Hope this helps

It sounds like a loose incoming wire. WITH EXTREME CAUTION, check the panel, and if you can, the meter. Look at the incoming lines, it sounds like theres a loose connection there. The other possibility is a bad, or going bad, main breaker.
