green wire goes where?
#1
I'm installing an outside GFCI outlet. It is to its own breaker. I know where the black and white wires are going, but where do I ground the green wire. Breaker box is a Cutler Hammer. Thanks

hi crowchaser,
if im understanding this correctly u r asking where in the panel does the green go.
in your panel u will c bare copper wires this is your ground bar, and your green goes there, on some older panels there is only 1 bar and the nuturals (white wires) and grounds r both under it this is also fine to do.
