I have a lamp with three bulbs. My wife has begun to rewire it. She has already remove all the old wiring. How do I safely rewire it properly? The bulbs are the pull switch type. Thanks

Cool

The hot side of the lamp wire is smooth. The neutral side will have ridges or be imprinted. Connect smooth (hot) side to all brass screws, ridged/imprinted side to all silver screws. Neutral side of plug is wider blade. Good Luck!

hello ckline,
looks like old guy filled u in correctly. i might add that the hot goes to the button (small button in bottom of socket)of the light sockets and nutural goes to the shell (the threds that u screw a light bulb into. and the switch breaks the hot wire not the nutural.
