220V switch

I need to install a switch in a 220v circuit. Short of a double pole breaker does a manufacturer make a switch similar to a wall switch for this application??

Yes,if a switch rating of 30 amps. is adequate to control the connected load. Leviton has a WS wiith an "on-line" catalog-have a look!

I have a 50 amp GFCI circuit breaker in my panel that I want to connect a 110 waterproof outdoor outlet box to. I know that the white wire goes into the breaker designated with the white dot, and that the pigtail wire goes into the bus bar. There are three slots on the breaker(for 220?) Does the black wire go into the slot above the wite wire or the slot below the white wire? Or does it matter? And the green is a ground, does it also connect to the bus bar?

Ceiling light/no junction box

Builder did not put junctions boxes in ceiling of first floor(two story house: 10 years old). Electrical wiring comes through small hole in ceiling and attached to existing light wiring. Light mounting is screwed into ceiling stud right next to the wiring. Can I use this set up or do I need to have someone install junction box in the ceiling.
