Switches to outlet

Question

The switch I have in my bedroom is supposed to controled an outlet, how can I do that?
I have 3 outlets in my room. I want the top outlet of thoses 3 to be controlled by the switch, Right now, it doesn't work.

Not sure what your existing wiring is, but what you need to end up with is a hot leg to the bottom brass screw of each outlet, a switched leg to the top brass screw of each, and a neutral to a silver screw. On the brass screw side of each outlet, break out the tab that connects the top and bottom screw.
