Question

Help! My daughter's bedroomand bathroom
lights won't turn on. I went to the
circuit breaker panel and the circuit
breaker is off but won't turn back on.
As soon as I push the switch to on it
snaps back off. I have unplugged everything,
including removing light bulbs from the fixtures and it still will not work. Any help
would be greatly appreciated (and ASAP too!). Thanks so much, Deborah

Cool

Did you flip the breaker all the way to "off", and then back "on"? If you did, and it is still tripping, it sounds like you may have a loose wire in one of the switches or fixtures on the circuit. Turn breaker off, and check all connections. Should have black to black (hot), white to white (neutral), and bare wire to bare/green (ground). If you do not have a loose wire in a switch or fixture, you may have a bad switch. If this doesn't help, come back and tell us what you found. I'm not an electrician, but there are pros in here who can help you. Good Luck!
