Angry broken electrical outlet box

I have a couple of broken outlet boxes which cause the outlets to extend out from the wall and make it difficult to remove plugs. Must hold the outlet to keep from pulling it from wall when pulling out a plug. Is there an easy way to replace the box or make repairs. The boxes were plastic and are broken where the outlet screens into the box.

Took me a minute, but I found the translation: screens = screws.

You should be able to fairly easily replace this box with an old work box. With the breaker off, gently pry the box away from the stud it is nailed to. Then you can install an old work box in its place. Old work boxes attach to the drywall instead of the stud.

If only the screw holes are stripped out you could replace the 6/32 screws with something larger.
