Looks to me like this buzzy guy needs to be ignored or blocked from the forum. I do believe that is the first time I ever suggested blocking anyone from the forum but there is always a first time.
Has anyone reported this buzzy to the administrator of forum moderator? If not maybe we should.

Haven't seen too many of these clowns on this forum, though they are pretty common on usenet newsgroups. Best solution is to ignore them, then they get bored and leave. Sometimes it's really hard to ignore them, though - this thread alone may be enough to bring him/it back.
